$99.99 at BB for new customers...

I'm a bit confused. About 10 days ago I used my upgrade to get the Moment at $179.99. Since I did another 2 yr agreement, shouldn't I be able to get it price matched?

I spoke to a manager at BB, who says no, Sprint customer service says since I signed up for another 2 yrs that it should be treated like I am a new customer again.

Someone enlighten me please?
