How to rearrange icons on start menu in custom roms?

in stock roms, under start/setting/menu, you can rearrange programs by moving them up and down.

in custom roms, like energy, juicy, mighty, all the program are listed under start menu, but i couldn't find that "menu" icon under "setting" anymore, how do you rearrange program icons in start menu?

If your talking about simply moving where the icon sits on the start menu, press and hold the icon to move it. Depending upon the ROM, you can either "Move To Top" or drag it to where you want it.

If you talking about what folder you want the icon to go into, then z0mbiexx gave you that.

I have mightyrom 6 and it says move to top if I hold down on it, but I am not able to drag them. Am I missing something or can it not be done?

only certain roms have the modified shell32.exe that allow drag and drop i think it came out after mighty finalized his rom.

look up and download jwmd icon changer and program manager. They are all you need

use REstart.. that will allow you to move icons.
