iPod Touch question

I'm an owner of an 8Gb iPod touch. My daughter will be receiving hers this Christmas. I have a couple questions:

1) Will I be able to support both iPods with one iTunes on one PC...without creating a whole new user account (pc and iTunes?)

2) Will I be able to share some of the apps that I already have purchased thru iTunes...since that's why she fell in love with the iPod Touch in the first place?

3) IF I don't have to create a new account (iTunes)...will SHE be able to make purchases IF and when she gets iTunes' gift cards?

1. You can use both with one iTunes account or an account on the PC.
2. Yes you can share the apps, cause it bases it on the iTunes account.
3. She will be able to, only if she knows the password for the iTunes account.
