Re: fingerkeyboard 2 for android?

I wish FingerKeyboard was ported to the Android. I have tried all of the available keyboards (stock & replacement). My wife's HTC Diamond has FingerKeyboard on it and it rocks compared to any keyboard on the Android. The keys on the outer edge of the screen function way better on the Diamond than on the Android. The Diamond even has a smaller screen. I would love the BetterKeyboard on the Android using the Pre skin if the outer keys were moved away from the screen edge a bit. I also wish that BetterKeyboard was as customizable as FingerKeyboard on the Windows Mobile smartphones.

Re: fingerkeyboard 2 for android?

The HTC keyboard comes stock on the HTC Sprint Hero. I have used that and BetterKeyboard. Neither of those comes close to the ease of use and customization of the FingerKeyboard on the Windows Mobile.

Re: fingerkeyboard 2 for android?

I never used any KB other than the stock one on my TP. Very rarely even used the slide out one, only on long posts or difficult words/strings that would take longer to program than type. At least the Hero KB is REALLY close to the TP KB.
