Pocketshield Activation

Recently I have not been able to activate Pocketshield on my Sprint Touch Pro. I have tried about 4 or 5 different ROMs and they all give me the same error. The error is something about not being able to connect, be sure to have an internet connect, and that they recommend a Wi-Fi connection. I tried using the Sprint data connection, my home wi-fi and even going through my PC. Nothing works.
Anybody have any idea what is wrong? I tried PS support and they say everything is good at their end. Does the phone name have something to do with it? A reg setting?

I had the same error. all you have to do is download the latest version and Request a PIN (if you current PIN doesn't work)

I tried this but still no go. I have downloaded about 5 versions so far (this problem goes back a couple of months) and have requested my pin about 4 times. I have the correct pin. I know that the company went from digits & letters to all characters for pins. I have the correct new pin.

And the company says everything is good at their end. I'm about to give up on PS and look for something else.

Update: The problem is fixed! The company had a corrupt record for me. All's good now.
