im having problem with my mms im installing the cab n everything n it install fine n perfect ...i dnt got a problem installing it ....now that i install the jd arcsoft 5.21. i send my self a picturemail animated movement picture to my fone n when i see it... it doesnt move for nothing...like b4 it did n now i dnt know y it stp moving or it dnt start.....when i recieve it . i get it *** a original picture .not animated movement plz help what im doing ot instaling wrong
