Treo 700wx issues

hi guys i just started having some problems with my new treo

anyone know why my soft keys dont change for alarms and tasks anymore. when i have an alarm it wont show snooze or dismiss. it just rings every couple seconds with no way to stop. also my tasks dont ring or notify when i have a reminder set at all. anyone know what is going on. my tasks wont ring/notify me with a bubble at all. theres got to be something i can do. some sort of setting i might have messed up but i checked all the sounds/notifications and everything is enabled. thanks in advance

Has not happened to me at all. Did you install anything like Phonealarm on the phone?

I agree with WA, if a hard reset does not fix it... take it back.

I've got one dead pixel. it bugs the crap out of me. I am debating either dealing with it or taking it back for a new one...what would you do?

Take it back!

No doubt. You have at least a 1 year warranty on that device and if you're under 30 days it'd be no questions asked..
