How to remove a .cab / program after installing?

Disregard... immediately after posting this I found the remove programs icon. DUH.

I have added a program that is crashing the phone (PPC 6800 "Mogul"). I think it is a combination of rlToday with Spb Phone Suite(the latter was already slow and clunky). After adding rlToday (I don't suggest doing it), the two did not play well together and the display froze a few times. I was finally able to open the phone suite program and disable most of the features, so it's stable now, but I want to remove them both for now and don't know how to do this.

I searched these forums and could not find anything and the only thing I have seen on the phone is "Clear Storage" under Settings. Is there some simple method of removing these programs that I have missed?

Please help!?
