Need advise before purchasing D2

I'm looking at buying a Diamond 2 soon but Im on Cellular south's network and they dont offer it. So my question is if I buy a CDMA Diamond 2 from another carrier will I be able to flash it to Cellular South? I know you can do this with the Diamond and other models but the D2 is so new I dont want to get it until someone knows it can be done and how to do it.
