PPC6700Man is just getting started
What was that thing you could do to the 6700 about the rings

Sorry for the weird subject title, but what i'm looking for is... Back when I had the 6700, someone on a board (not this one I dont think) helped me do some sort of hack or mod to the phone where the phone would *ping* the sprint towers more frequently to check for calls, text messages, VM notifications, etc. Does someone know what I'm talkin about and could possibly help me with that same mod? Also, how effective is this mod? I dont know if I ever noticed a difference after I did it from the 6700

SCI= Slot Cycle Index

We don't know at this time how to access that programming on the 700wx.

Could it be the same way as we did on the 6700? I mean both being WM5 devices?

We all tried the day it came out...no, it's not the same "code" to enter the screen for programming.
