How to restore a backup using SPB

I bet this is super easy but I looked around for awhile and could not find it. How do you restore to a specific backup set using SPB?

Most reliable short answer is "hard reset the phone then run the self extracting executable backup file".

if you didn't create self-extracting executables, then you'll need to do a hard reset of the phone, install SPB Backup and then run it and go to the restore option.

Tap the file you created, where ever you chose to store it.

Just go to where the backups are stored be they on the phone or a mem card. Find the one that you want and click it open. After a few nexts on the screen it will be restored as to where it was when you backed it up.
