I honestly have no clue, I just tried doing a quick search on HTC.com and found nothing.. Cingluar's going to get a pretty nice slim flip phone by HTC

Yes it's GSM, as the article mentions it has HSDPA.
And the 3125/Star Trek is out for Cingular now.

budney is right...the mention of HSDPA clearly states that the phone is GSM, unless it is one of those crazy GSM/CDMA hybrids like the Samsung i830, then it could possibly be CDMA, but I doubt it.
