Screen Orientation in Media and Unknown Folders in Music

I've recently got myself an HTS Touch HD and finally managed to get my album art to show on the touchflo media player - however there are a few albums that I have that's been lumped together as unknown album and artist but when I look on properties they are showing the correct file path - any suggestions?!?

Also on Windows Media Player I only have one skin and some album art isn't showing, and I can't turn my screen......please help! can I do screen orientation on HD?
