Maybe it's because they're hard at work on making sure the phone is working great. Two updates in two weeks, kinda hard to complain about how much they're supporting this phone.

True, but atleast Palm is showing definite progress here. I guess like Sprint's improvement in customer service with Dan Hesse taking over as CEO, Palm is already proving to make a similar turn around.
