Battery talk.

I just want to say WOW! I am coming from a 6700, as I am sure you all know by now, and the 700wx battery lasts 3 times longer than the 6700's ever did. Lets all speculate why, any thoughts

Sonin66 is a n00b
just a few guesses; I think the battery has more mAh's, also its a less powerfull processor. it could also be because of the smaller screen

My observation: The 700wx powers on the screen less often (although occasionally) than the 6700. I currently work in a low signal area - the 6700 was constantly turning on (everytime I'd walk to the restroom ). The wx rarely does. In this condition, the battery life seems to be at least double, or triple - depending on actual use...

Here are some differences:

Treo 700wx:
1800mah stock battery
312mhz processor
no blinking LED (it adds up!)

ppc-6700
1350mah stock battery
416mhz processor
blinking LED

Smaller screen is actually probably offset by the keyboard LEDs on the Treo.

Throw in the "extended" 2400 battery in the Treo (same size as stock) and you have plenty of power!
