Internet Sharing, Phone As Modem

Hello I Am So Used To Using My Phone As Modem On My Old Mogul And Now That I Have This New Treo 850 I Cant Get It To Work, What Need To Be Done To Activate This Option. Can Someone Guide Me Step By Step If Possible Please!!

Its saying error code 67

1. Open Internet Explorer to activate your connection
2. Open Internet Sharing and make sure it's set on USB
3. Hit Connect
4. Plug in

I am getting my Treo Pro friday, and use this all the time on every smartphone I have had, but will I need the Internet sharing fix from the mogul also? I know when I had the touch pro, the internet fix greyed out the option for me to use it. I had to do the regedit like the 800w. But my touch pro would drop the internet constantly, but the vogue is the best next to the mogul that I have found so far.

I'm not sure what the deal is, but I had the 800w, and the internet sharing worked fine, but when I got the Treo Pro, all of a sudden I get the error code 67 and sprint tells me I need to pay for phone as a modem (wtf?). I have a sprint third party dealer plan, and either a) it's built into the plan and they can't tell or b) it wasn't supposed to work on the Treo 800w. No one can figure it out. But hey, thank God for wifirouter!
