Installation problem - outdated file version

Hello good people,

I have a problem with a recent installation on my PPC and hope this is the correct forum in which to post.

I have an Asus A696 and am using Activesync 4.5. I have tried to install Easy Sync Pro for Lotus Notes and the install fails. It tells me that the version of a file is no longer supported and that I should get an updated version from the supplier. It does not tell me which file, what it is related to nor who to go to get an updated version. The nearest I have come to finding help on google is where Easy Sync Pro is trying to be installed on a PPC with a version of Activesync before v4.5. Mine is v4.5 and I have d/l the latest just from MS but still get the error. The message comes up each time the PPC is soft-reset or the battery changed.

Anyone offer any help here please? Or, can anyone tell me how to stop the automated install process from running each time I soft-reset or change the battery (I fit a high capacity battery when I go out for a day's walking and replce the standard one on return).
