how many of you have insurance on your phone?

at $7 a month (sprint) it sometimes doesn't pay for itself if you take care of your phone IMO, if you can just pay the 50 something to get it replaced/fixed anyway.

so i'm asking, who has insurance

Re: how many of you have insurance on your phone?

After a year you have spent $84
After a year and 2 months you have spent $98
I think I can go 14 months without dropping my phone in the crapper.

I've looked at that many times also and still have always had insurance.

Insurance is a must!!!....even if you are extremely careful with your phone....u never know about defects...so 50 to replace, then another few months go by another defect or something happens that another 50....dont be cheap a**es and pay the 7 bucks...lol its worth it.

Re: how many of you have insurance on your phone?

It really does not make sense to not have insurance when using such devices. I have used the Sprint Insurance plan for the past 9 years and have had to use the insurance at least 12 times from software problems, theft, water damage, someone stepping on it, charging issues, random issues, etc. I just liked more when it was $4 per month with no deductible....LOL

I had my Touch Pro since 10/25, the other day going down the steps, it comes out of the cheap HTC velcro case and smacks hard onto the concrete, the phone still worked, but it had a nice dent and crack on the side, used the insurance and they sent me a brand new TP with all the accessories.

Once and awhile you can get a free upgrade as well when the stop making the phone you damaged.

Better to have it and not needed then need it and not have it.
