Sprint Treo Pro Screen Res

I have a Sprint Treo Pro and seem to be having some issues with wonky screen resolution.
Icons are small, buttons are tiny or rectangular when they should be square, etc.
Is this an issue on the GSM Unlocked Treo Pro?

mine is working fine, looks just like the 800w's screen

or post a screen shot? or list the software you are running?

I installed CapSure on the pro, but it doesn't get the htc Task Manager screen. Those are the buttons that are too small to close programs individually. Also, the icons from rlToday are kind of small. I guess I'd have to install the vga icon pack for that.

The more I use the Pro, the more I love it. It's so fast to switch between tasks!
But the more I notice smaller icons and buttons.
A Few More Examples:

S2P - small buttons for music control and exiting. No bid deal.
Contact Pictures - The caller ID Pic is so small in the notification bubble I can hardly recognize it.

Don't even get me started on Windows Media Player.

HTC Home - half of the message notifications are cut off on the bottom. (the number indicating amount of missed calls, sms, etc.)

If I can think of more I'll just add them to this post.

Can anyone suggest a fix for these? VGA icons are still way to big.
