Free Touch Pro....Reason Why You Might Not Get One Anytime Soon

Ok So I Been One Of The Few That Has Been Shhhhh It Boxed By Sprint And Keep Getting My Htc Touch Instead Of An Upgrade... And I Have Been Posting In The Free Pro Thread... But Instead Of People Going Through It To The 95th Pages To Finding Answers I Figured Id Post This.....


I Just Got Off The Phone With Sprint And If You Are Trying To Get A Touch Pro Form An Upgrade... The Reason Why You Wont Get One Anytime Soon Is Because They Are Not In Stock.... So The People Trying To Do The Update Through The Computer It Is Hit Or Miss, I Spoke With The Advance Tech And She Is Calling Me Back Thursday To See If They Have On In Stock To Send Out To Me...

Hopefully That This Answers Some Questions Of Why People Are Now Getting Moguls And The Same Phone Instead Of The Pro...

They Were Going To Give Me A Diamond But I Told Them Ill Pay The Difference For The Pro... And They Said Sure... She Even Called 8 Stores Around Me To See If They Could Partner With Her To Give Me One.. But No One Had Any...

Your Best Bet Is To Call Them And Complain About Your Phone And See If They Can Replace It.... And Ask For An Upgrade For The Pro And Have Them Call You Back Later That Week To See If They Have It In Stock

That's funny, I filed to exchange my Mogul on Monday afternoon and I have a Touch Pro sitting in the UPS truck waiting to be delivered today.

Also I think your "shift" key is broken.

The reason ppl are getting Mogul's again is because everyone is RETURNING the defective ones through Advanced Exchange...so Mogul's are slowly becoming available again for replacements.

Oh no it wasnt broken I was typing in all capitols.. and wtf!!!! ok well if you are in MASS area... I got routed to the NC sprint customer care so I atleast know that they dont have any there lol

yah that is true but I meant for other phones as well... Who knows it took the lady probably 30 minutes to find a store that was 40 miles away that actually had the phone and I could go get it but i would have to pay the full price then Sprint would reimburse me for 549...I said Ill wait until your warehouse has some in stock and pay the 30 instead

I use to work for Sprint, and it does not matter where you get sent to on the phone because if it was to be in stock they would order it for you and ship it out to you. You could be talking to someone across the country, or even in another country, the only thing that you can really do is keep your hopes up of them having it in stock.

well just called today and they are still on back order it might be another day or two...and both times they said they were out of NC so i know its in this country atleast lol
