opening saved images

I have a utility called magicSS that takes screen shots on my 8125, the problem is I can't open the screen shot after saving it. There is a blank icon next to the name of the saved image, and the message I get says cannot open. untrusted certificate, or a missing component. I had no problems a couple days ago, only now. I have uninstalled and re-installed and still have this problem. Any solution?
