Samsung Keyboard

It seems like the Omnia switches to the Samsung "Keyboard" all the time. I only use the Samsung "Keypad". I don't like having to switch it back so often.

Anybody know how to make the Keypad the default setting? Registry edit maybe?

I found the thread on this at XDA developers. Here is the link for anyone interested.

I've attached the file that I used. I have no idea who made it but it works well. (at least for about an hour anyway.)

Re: Samsung Keyboard

That doesn't really seem like something I would be interested in.

However...

if someone made a Samsung Keypad (20 key) that had a "." (Period) on it I would almost pay for it.

Re: Samsung Keyboard

Has anyone tried to get the keyboard from the Samsung Eternity working on the omnia? The typing is amazing!
