oh **** this is the reason I highly recommend getting TEP from sprint! I don't know what I would do if I had to wait on a replacement to come in the mail. our local stores don't carry them. which sux!

That's Hot! Did the screen actually crack like that or is it screwed up underneath the "touch-screen". Can you still answer incoming calls with the hard-key? hehe. Sorry to hear about your mishap. Hope all goes well with the replacement.

GOOD NEWS!!! I took my phone to the Sprint Store today and the guy looked at my phone typed a few buttons and opened up a brand new 6700. I got it free of charge. BRAND NEW 0000 LIFE TIMER!!! YAY

Lucky You!
Its a great thing that your local store carries them. Mine doesnt I would have to drive about 30-45 minutes to the closest sprint store that carries one. I hope I never have this probelm but if it happens I'm covered. So how long have you had your phone? And he didnt charge you anything? I thought there was a deductible or something.
