Is this a Java script virus?

Hi everyone. Every now and then when surfing the web on my Omnia, Internet explorer opens with an address file://\\javascript:eval(fV6("ZIY4KGZWMSwxKQ=="))\

what the hell is this????

Thing is I only use opera so why this loads up I'm not sure!
