Greetings!
Well, I've played the field... from UltimateLaunch to PhoneAlarm to the Cube... and I keep retrning to resident TouchWiz and its assorted (yet seriously lacking a cusomizer) Widget Homepage. It would be great if we could add and remove files/programs and then lock the wigets in place on the screen. Anyone up to tackling the issue, or know of an easy fix t same...?! Just askin.

Re: Editing TouchWiz UI Widgets Homepage
Well, I emailed samsung to ask if there are any plans for more widgets and if widgets are in any way configurable. Guess what they said! Nix and nada. So we've got to find (fund) a benevolent coder willing to make the attempt.
I'll help |

Amen to that.I'm willing to contribute. if there is code that frees them up there must be a way to freeze them up too.

Re: Editing TouchWiz UI Widgets Homepage
I agree. I just got an Omnia that I am trying for 30 days (to see if I want to get rid of my XV 6800) and I like the widget concept. I even like the widgets they provide. But they are too big. I can fit 3 on the screen before anything more becomes cluttered.
