Possible Problem Upgrading Handset?

I was wondering if anyone else was on a grandfathered Sprint Rate plan. We have a family plan where vision and pix messaging is free and it's only $5 for unlimited txt. The 3rd add on phone (my phone) is $20 but only $5 for vision and $5 for unlimited mms/txt. I previously went from a treo 650 to the 6700 (Oct 06) and had to go through about 4 or 5 Sprint CSRs before one finally kept all my account setting from my Treo 650 and told me that the internet wouldn't work on the 6700. HAHA proved them wrong.
But with this new device coming I was wondering if it's goin to be a hassel again to get the ESN swapped w/o them tinkering with my account.
Anyone else think this might be a hassel?

If you go through a store the system will definatly error out with the 6800. Going over the phone is probly the best way cuz they have access to more plans and a different system that should allow you to keep your old plan. You might need to raise a little ruckus with whoever is on the phone with you.
