Yep I did it. Put my phone on the line and did it. I just did it so no battery or reception reports yet. I didn't think anyone else had done this if I am wrong someone can shut it down.

Can you link to the exact radio you're referring to, or at least state the version?

I know the VZ Touch Pro radio worked fine on my Diamond, so I don't see why the Touch Pro would be different.

i flashed the vzw shipped rom then before customizations ran i flashed back. it is the same 1.03.3v i think

battery is slightly improved. I can get through 4.5 or 5 hours straight on data and watching movies before I get the evil error of main battery is low
now voice - that's another story

I am so looking forward to try out the radio on verizon. the radio on sprint version pro is a joke. the reception blows..with my treo i used to get a LOT better reception.

no the quality is fine out of the box unlike sprint (leers to sprint)
but this drains your battery faster than doing 10 things at once on your machine. Somehow data and battery time isn't that bad...better than my mogul!
As for GPS =(
