6800 Upgrade
How would i be able to go about upgrading my phone through insurance? should i wait like a couple months, or when the 6800 comes out, can i already have my phone broken and just upgrade it to the 6800?

Just to give you a heads up, you are in for a long wait. When I still had my 6600, it finally broke last August. That is almost a year after the 6700 came out. Lock/Line or whatever Sprints insurance is now still had 6600s in stock and sent me one.
The stores will run out, but the insurance replacements will be there for quite a while.
