So...did HTC finally make a better device than the iPhone?

Let's face it, HTC has made some great devices, but the iPhone's 3G's camera, design, screen, user interface, and speed have been fairly superior to the last couple devices from HTC (Touch and Mogul). If you disagree, sorry, but it's true.

Now that the Touch Pro has better res than the iPhone, a very nice interface, a beautiful design, tons of RAM, a quick processor, and a camera much better than the iPhone's...do you think they've finally done it? I think they have.

This is unfortunately true, however, overall, I think HTC finally has the upper hand.

I think the Iphone is so overrated, sure it looks cool but that is about it but if you wanna talk features the Mogul blew it out of the water and against the Touch Pro it isn't even a fair comparison.

Have you actually sat down and used an iPhone 3G? It's a more impressive device than you would think. I knocked it all the time until I actually used it.

Yeah, you really can't compare the two. The iphone is all about how the user interact with the device and your windows mobile phone is about what you can actually do with it. So as far as flexibility, customizing and being able to multitask I would chose my mogul, apache or diamond (and soon to be pro) over an iphone any day. Now thats not saying the iphone aint ****, my brother is a proud apple fanboy and he has shown me alot of cool features on the iphone but all in all I would still choose windows mobile for my personal needs.

Yes I have a few of my friends own them and they always try and act like it's the best phone ever until I showed them all of the things you can do with these Windows phones and trust me they all shut up very quickly I even had two of them crossover.

i dont even think the iphone winmo comparison is a fair one. And please, every last one of us winmo fanboys that from a usability and UI standpoint the iphone has everything beat HANDS DOWN. Which one would I choose?? Winmo all the way. I think the Diamond and Pro are formiddable opponents against any device on the market. The iPhone has the upper hand in alot of areas, but so do the Pro and Diamond. I wouldnt say either is better, both have their respective strengths and weaknesses, but to me, they are aimed at two different crowds.
