I've been using passwordsafe from sourceforge.net. I first used/using the windows version, then found their ppc version and it works fine for me. You could assign it to a hardware button to open, but I believe you'd still need a password to enter.

Website:
http://passwordsafe.sourceforge.net/

Link for download (look for version 1.9.2.c2)
https://sourceforge.net/project/show...ease_id=191101

It hasn't been updated for a few years, but it works fine for me.

Password Protect Phone w/ Button

I was referring to a password program to lock the phone down with a password, not a password managing program. I need something I can lock (password protect) my phone with the press of a button

search pdaphonehome for OnLock in the 6700 discussion section

Or just use the Device lock the comes with the later AKUs. (i.e. the 3.x custom ROMS).

Or, you could try my Pocket Secure v4.0...

Not free, but if you're interested, pm me, and I'll see what I can do!
