How to chose a ROM

just wondering how you guys chose which rom you decide to flash. are there any special features you look for in one that the other doesnt have.

Always read the Log to see what was added or remove form the ROM ie tweaks and improvements. Read the post of other user, to see what the issues are with the ROM. If you like what you see, thats it. However sometimes its just COOK LOYALTY

yeah, like o'neil said... read the log to see if the apps/etc. you NEED/want are included (if not do you have .cab's?)

and beyond that it's really personal preference, give a few a shot and then stick w/what you think is best for you. have fun man!
