My htc exalibur stops in htc screen

suddenly my htc when i turn it on it stops on htc screen, some times continues but its like it crashed.

i want to reflash it but i dont know how to put it in boot mode.

i hava a rom. thanks

If you can get the phone to boot up and connect via Active Sync then you should be able to flash the phone with out any problems. One note though, you might want to consider doing an app unlock first on your phone.
