tweak to make TF3D more fluid
originally found on thetouchblog.com, link of the day for august 22. download advanced config tool from http://www.touchxperience.com/ then, change the following settings under Performance in the Tool App to get the Touch Flo to fly.
• File system cache to 8mb • System filter cache to 131072 i dont take credit for this, nor do i have a diamond, yet, so if you do this reply back with your experience. EDIT: just follow the steps at www.thetouchblog.com it has instructions for the .NET upgrade needed. Last edited by abovelegit; 08-24-2008 at 11:54 PM. |

For reference, CDMA Diamond defaults are: • File system cache - auto (default) • System filter cache - disabled My findings are that the recommended settings actually make TF3D SLOWER on my device. Last edited by Juicy47; 08-25-2008 at 12:02 AM. |
