Touch not waking up from hibernation

I have looked all over for someone who have this same problem but was unable to please someone give me some advice. When my HTC touch goes into hibernation and the screen goes black I have a hard time trying to wake it up. When i hit the top button sometimes to bring the phone back to life it does not work and I have to do a soft reset to fix it. Is this a problem across the board or something new. Please advise.

Re: Touch not waking up from hibernation

I've had the same problem when using the stock ROM, once I switched to a cooked ROM, it never happened. Which ROM are you using?

Re: Touch not waking up from hibernation

this has been discussed many times, go to settings>connection> UNcheck receive all incoming beams, then go to bluetooth>ftp>UNcheck enable file sharing, that works for me

I was sure that this has been discussed before but I could not find it anywhere. I used your recommendations but my phone is already set up the way you said to and I still have the problem.

Re: Touch not waking up from hibernation

I too have this problem, but it only started after my first rom change, i recently went to the bell site to find a fix and i found this: RUU_Vogue_BM_WWE_1.19.666.1_1.59.10a_BM_NV133_PRL3 1398_Ship
it still doesn't solve the problem though.
