opera mini keeps disappearing??

I installed java & opera mini..work perfect. However, after i change to my 2nd battery or if I perform a soft reset it disappears & I have to re-install it. Is this normal? should the java & opera be installed to the card or the phone?help

defenetly not normal, opera mini is cool when it comes to the way it looks and the fact that its faster then the PIE, however it is really shady. i had some issues on my ppc6800 it would freeze my phone completely, it would not let me close out of it and if the screen truned off so did the entire phone. i of course thought it was the phone itself, so i upgraded to the htc touch and sure enough, opera mini froze my phone again. ive been experimenting with opera mobile, and that seems to be the wisest choice.
