Alarms, reminders do not seem to work??

I have had several windows mobile devices, recently just comming from a touch since Nov 2007. On the 800w, I set all of my alerts to sound when I receive an email, text message etc. Start, settings, sounds & notifications, notifications then I choose the event and check the box for the alert. After I complete this it works for a couple of hours then I notice the the alarms do not sound. When I go back to check the settings all of my alerts are not checked. ???? Im confused, has this happened to anyone? I tried a couple of soft resets but no luck. Help

did you recently updated to the new opera mobile 9.5? if so, some ppl are having this issue aswell

same problem with me, and others its the weird and uncomfortable not knowing when ur receiveing text ... might miss out on something important

Is this strictly an Opera issue? I set lots of reminders on my Treo and I have had no issues to date. I need my PPC alarms to work I don't and haven't used Opera but I was thanking about checking it out. If its going to screw up my alarms I will stay away for now.

wow thanks for the heads up I was getting ready to perform a hard reset, causing me to re-install all of my 3rd party apps. Kinda su*ks that it causes this i really liked 9.5, however my reminders are more important. Does anyone know if opera mini cause the same problem? if not will it work with the 800w?
