net Framework

Ive got a friend who has a Blackjack and i tried to isntall NS Contact Backup. When i ran the program it said she needed the .net Framework. Does anyone know where i can get a .cab Install for the .net Framework for a Windows Mobile Smartphone?

on the microsoft website let me see if i still have the link, except its not a a cab it in .exe
