You wanted it, now you got it! WM6 full phone theme
Found this over at xda.net It includes welcome screen, theme, phone skin, media player skin, and sounds all from Crossbow. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=292014 They're all installed via cabs and they're uninstallable too.

Nice find! I can't figure out what the sounds are other then the start menu drop down sound change. Any clues what sounds change?

I'm not sure which sounds are changed. I extracted the cab to see what was in it and there are approx. 30 files (rough estimate) all with names of what would seem to be rings and notifications. I havent tried the rings yet, just the welcome screen, the phone skin, and the media player skin. I'm using a different theme for the phone thats all black, I like it better than the WM6 theme. I did have a problem with the media player skin though. It doesn't show up right. None of the buttons for the player show up when I select the Vista skin. Its just all black. I can't figure it out. I did like the phone skin but there is no smart dialer with it so I had to back to the original. I'm still searching for a cool black phone skin with smart dialer.

If you look further in the xda forum the smart dialer is there. I not only don't have an opening sound I cant find any new ring tones. All my wmp skins work. I also use a black theme. The jimm98y_ vista_dialer is by far the best phone skin I have ever had it works flawless and the black goes with everything,

thats awesome man! i just downloaded that jimmy98 vista dialer and installed like 30 seconds ago. that phone skin is sweet! I got that paired with a killer black theme and I absolutely love it!

Can anyone help me with the media player skin? I described the problem up a couple posts. I would really like to get this to work.
