I need help for my Wing!

Hi I recently bought the T Mobile Wing and tried to sync it but the Windows Mobile Device Center is not connecting to it. On my phone it says usb is connected but I can't get anywhere but the connection setting screen. Please help.

A cd should have came with the phone try installing that first, if the cd doesn't autorun click start, my computer, right click the drive that the cd is in and click open and u will c the program you need to install.
