Need help with storage of contacts!

At work I have a co-worker who has the samsung blackjack and he just configured it to sync with our exchange server, but he is running into an issue where his contact list is filling up the phones memory.. is there any way to force the phone to store the contacts & mail and such on the SD card? Thanks!
