instructions for replacing LCD

bought a replacement LCD screen for this T-Mobile Wing and tried to replace it myself str8 up, but can't figure it out.

anyone know of any instructions/how to's out there for replacing the LCD on the Wing? Or maybe someone have experience replacing an LCD on a similar HTC device and can send me steps?
