Ive tried EVERYTHING

I finally got he gist of custom rom creating, and i created my first rom .... or so i thought, when i flashed and it rebooted its now stuck on the htc smart mobility screen, ive tried soft and hard resets and i cant sync because my pc wont recognize my touch.... ive searched the site for suggestions but obviously didnt find any, any one knows what i should do, and y this happened?????? PLEASE HELP IM WITHOUT A PHONE AND IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
