Best ROM

HI,

I was wondering whats the best 6.1 rom to install on the vogue. I am looking to install a simple but clean rom which do not have alot of the sprint junk of there. One more thing, Please post what ROM you are using and the pros and cons about the rom. Thanks

Re: Best ROM

Derek's latest
solid, very stable, fast, most sprint junk removed while keeping functionality,
minml re-tweaking needed.

Re: Best ROM

There's a few other threads like this already.

All of the ROMs are pretty stable, its just a matter of what you want and don't want. So the best thing you can do is to look at what they've included and what they've removed and pick the one that's closest to your liking.

Re: Best ROM

You seriously think there is a single, best ROM?
Its all personal preference. Look at the features and figure out what YOU want.

I agree. The ROMs are more or less similar, but the quirks of each chef makes them special. You have to find the one that fits the bill for you.

I personally like a minimalistic approach to my ROM (don't confuse this with clean though), but like to include utilities that make the everyday experience better. If you go with a ROM that includes UC, you can get a better tweak out of a ROM since that would mean you could tailor UC to install apps off your storage card (which reduces the time it takes to recover from a hard reset).
