How can i use my Wing to pick up signals so i can connect my desktop to the internet?

is there any .cab file i can get for that?
the thing is that i dont have internet in my house (desktop) and i would like to use my t-mobile wing to pick up signals, or other networks so i can connect my pc to the internet.
my cousin has this little lynksys* usb thing and he picks up signals from his window and technically he has free internet.
i had the little lynksys* usb thingy oo but it didnt pick up any signal. and if i use the internet sharing it from t mobile it sucks because the internet on my phone its slooooooow.
can someone please help me? thank you
