nueextROM : Please test
hello vogue community,
I was wondering if it was possible for some of you more experienced rom cooks to try cooking my extended rom unlocker into your rom. you will need to make sure your boot.rgu has settings for the extrom in it - they're entries for EXT_FLASHDRV. you can find my unlocker at http://www.weienterprises.com/nue please report back with your results. edit: maybe theres no extended rom for the vogue. if there isn't, please delete!

I did some searching yesterday on this... only found 2 posts, one said there was an unlocker that disappeared from the ftp site, the other post was from the guy who made the custom ROm unlocker, iamcokeman or whatever his nick is, and he said there is NO extended rom.
Based on that, I'd tend to beleive there is NOT an EXT ROM... but would love someone to prove me wrong.

I doubt that Touch has any EXT_ROM, cuz I noticed that when i used the kitchen tool to "decompile" the NBH into SYS and OEM folder. I saw that all the customization cabs are kept in \Windows directory and once it dumped, it's under OEM\OperatorPKG_PT folder.
For Apache that I owned, those files were kept in EXT_ROM. I might be wrong though.

No Extended Rom
There is no extended rom on touch all the files are located in the /windows directory for the customization that runs on touch.

Extended ROM is where on "some" phones the "extra" stuff for the carrier is located, like the Sprint Theme, different apps etc that are fro sprint only... however as it seems on the touch, all that stuff is just builtin to the main ROM itself
