I cant access the My device\Windows file folder when Active Sync'd

I wanted to use a dialpad skin that required me to directly move image files into the windows folder but I couldnt get to it when I hooked my computer up and explored it.

Has anyone else had/have this problem or know of a solution ???

Or maybe Im just an idiot and there is any easy way to move files on the device any help would be greatly apreciated !
