Mode of Operation
HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\PhoneSetting\HiddenPreferenceMod e change value from 1 to 0. This will give you a option in the phone menu for a choice of either 1x only, EVDO only, or a mixture of both aka Hybrid.
 Great for those places where you are on the edge of service and phone jumps from one to the other.~Mike

It will be included but as far as making a .cab I dunno cuz its only changing a 1 to 0 so that should be simple enough.
