Verizon grandfathering in older features?
Hey does anyone work for Verizon here or knows how their grandfathering in of features works? The reason I ask is I have a rather good feature as seen over in the unlimited data. It is the $20 for unlimited data + 800 regualr texts and 100 pic/vid texts, and my w's screen is peeling from itself the top layer and the actual crystal piece. So I want to call Verizon and have them give me a new/fru one but I am not sure if they'll give me my feature back. The funny thing is I added the feature less than a month ago so. Any feedback would be appreciated.

i'm sure that you'll get to keep your plan...even after getting your phone switched. they probably will not change it until you make any changes in your phone plan.
