Exclamation Touch Screen Help!!!

Hey Guys,

I am having a problem with the touch screen on my 8525. My phone was working fine then the then the screen stopped responding. I was able to navigate via keyboard but that was it. I did a soft reset and it did not help. I then did a hard reset and the screen went to the setup and wants to align the screen which obviously I cannot do.

I bought the phone on Craig's list and it's been working fine for about a month now, i'm pretty sure the warranty is void...

Please Help Me

It could be all down to a little plug that has gotten disconnected. Here you can find more info about the inside of your phone and how to solve some issues.

On the page in the link I provided there is a topic called Screen, Stylus and loose keyboard problem areas there you will probably find your answers.
