Can someone walk me through this install?

I downloaded the file's both .cab and .zip to my computer, but i dont know how to download them to my phone... the program is WM5 NewMenu.

i know .cab is for the phone, and .zip would be for the computer, but i dont know how to install them to my phone. will someone please devote a few minutes of their time to help me load this awesome program on my phone.

Thank You

1. Connect your phone to your computer via activesync or softick card export.

2. Copy the cab somewhere on the phone. Preferably the memory card.

3. On your phone go to file explorer and click on the file wherever you saved it and it should begin installing.

or

Point your 6700 directly to that website and download the cab.

For WM5NewMenu settings:

Settings --> System (2nd tab) --> New Menu for WM5

comes right after Microphone AGC, can't miss it!

nope, it's not there.. i had to reinstall to get back to that menu. but it asked if i would like to re install over the existing program and i said yes.. now to figure out how to use it to make it look like i've seen most of them look like..

also i'd like to have the weather/forcast on there as well.

nvm, it show'd me the icon now, so i can keep going back to it..

ok, i got the WM5 NewMenu working on my phone now, and it makes accessing simple everyday programs easier to get to.

now if someone could help me to get my today screen to look somewhat like this, especially having the forcast with it.. i included a screen shot of someones today screen

spb weather and spb pocket pocket plus I do believe I know there both made by spb because of the icon. you can check out their software at spbsoftwarehouse.com, but their not freeware and there is freeware out there that can do the same. just can't remember the names of the programs. I think a freeware quick laucher program is claucher, which looks the same amost as the bottom row of that screenshot.
